A One-Time Password (OTP) is required to authenticate you when you attempt to access the virtual NIN validation portal, either as an Enterprise Admin or as a user(Verification Agent) that wants to verify a virtual NIN.
To generate an OTP, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open the NIMC personal mobile app that you have downloaded on your mobile phone.
Step 2: Enter your 6-digit PIN that you setup at the time of registering on this mobile app.
Step 3: After you have successfully logged in, select "Ger Security PIN" on the home page.
Step 4: Copy or type out the displayed 6-digit OTP to complete your login in the virtual NIN validation portal.
