HASH: The encrypted result of the payload using IV key and Secret
The HASH header contains the same value of the encrypted payload
SIGNATURE: SHA256 of date and secret in this format ‘yyyymmddsecret’
Authorization: This is the base64 equivalent of the biller’s name in lower case without white spaces in between or at the end.
Example:
Biller Name: Test State IRS
Lowercase without white space: teststateirs
Base64 equivalent = YmVudWVzdGF0ZWlycw==
