When the reset endpoint is called, do I need to encrypt the IV key and Secret before sending it to NIBSS ? The answer id No.

The secret is the secret value obtained from the reset endpoint which shares an IV key and Secret to the email provided by NIBSS.

Kindly use AES/CBC/NOPADDING (IV, SECRET KEY)
