How can I reset my password as an Agent manager?

The NIBSS’ Web Portal allows all users to reset their password without assistance (self-reset).

1. Users would be required to provide the email address associated with their user profile.
2. A link to set a new password would be sent to the users email address. Note that the link can only be used once and is valid for a maximum of 30mins after its creation.
3. Users are required to click on the link, which will direct user to a browser to change their password.
