How to report a missing transaction on IDRS

- The menu "Reported Transactions" allows users enter details of an approved transaction that was not found on the IDRS to either initiate dispute or AIR.
- Reported transactions is to facilitate engagement with the regulators and the processors to ensure the approved transaction is available on the IDRS for dispute & AIR.
